Background Information

This video clip was recorded in September '97 after the visit of US Secretary of Energy Frederico Pena and RF Minister for Atomic Energy Mikailov at the Russian International Nuclear Safety Center in Moscow. The clip has been recorded in PAL/SECAM video format, then transferred to NTSC format, and then subsequently digitized into the AVI, MPEG 1, and RealMedia/G2 formats.
